Boski Sharma, CAP®, Director of Donor Relations, Communities Foundation of Texas, is a trusted philanthropy consultant who helps individuals, families, and businesses align their charitable goals with community needs for lasting impact. With a background in corporate partnerships with the Perot Museum and fashion product design with Fortune 500 companies like Limited Brands, JCPenney, and Express, she brings a creative and strategic lens to donor cultivation and engagement. Boski holds dual master’s degrees in business and arts management from SMU, and a master’s in design and manufacture from De Montfort University. She serves on the boards of OutLoud, the Dallas Council of Charitable Gift Planners, and the CCPA SMU Advisory Board, and guest lectures at SMU, where she inspires future changemakers.
Randal Daugherty, CAP®, Director of Development, Gift Planning, UT Southwestern Medical Center - For the past 25 years, Randy has directed the gift planning program at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He works with donors on their charitable estate plans by crafting bequest language to share with attorneys, establishing charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts, utilizing beneficiary designations for retirement plan accounts and exploring gifts of other non-cash assets like real estate and life insurance. After receiving a Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University, Randy began a career in development, working in higher education, the arts and in academic medicine. He received the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation (CAP) through the American College of Financial Services. He is currently Past President of the Dallas Council of Charitable Gift Planners.
