ONE BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL

One year after enactment of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, tax professionals and charitable advisors are beginning to see the real-world impact of the legislation. This session will examine the bill's key gifting, estate, and charitable planning provisions, along with other significant tax changes affecting individuals and families.

Mark Thompson, CPA, has more than 20 years of experience providing tax compliance and advisory services to affluent families, entrepreneurs, and closely held businesses. His practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex tax matters, evaluate planning opportunities, and align tax strategies with their broader business, personal, and financial objectives. Mark serves clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, professional services, and family-owned businesses, and enjoys helping clients achieve goals that extend beyond tax minimization.

Courtney Lear has extensive experience in tax compliance and advisory services, delivering strategic guidance tailored to complex financial needs. She specializes in working closely with affluent individuals, multi-generational families, and complex trusts and estates. Leveraging her deep knowledge of tax planning and compliance, she effectively advises clients across a diverse range of consulting areas to help them protect and optimize their finances.
